Please, somebody, anybody tell me that I am seriously not the first person to think of this. I mean, Megaman? Blue? It's staring you right in the face people! Oh well. Enjoy the movie anyway.

Good Idea, but it needs more.
Good dea. i loved the talking Dr. Light in the beginning, and the scenes of megaman driving in the car w/his blue girlfriend. However, you need to do more with the panels.
i suggest using the backgrounds from the game, and have the characters do stuff behind the person who is talking. Rule of thumb for making a video: unless there is ation and a motile camera in the shot, you should only hold a static angle for five seconds or more. this is true in the Dr. Light part, and the portions with the black background.
Overall, i think that this is a great concept to begin with, but it's not finished.

Well...
Well... nice job you got here :D, only thing "bad" was that Megaman didn't do much different moves with the chorus.
Beside that: nice job, and keep up the good work!
