I Perfectly understanded this episode, I can't seem to find a way to explain it, but it's easy to get, The real salad fingers is the one in the house in the chair, the one talking to the toilet was jeremy fisher, that's the reason he is arguing with the toilet, then when he arrives home, that are the questions he is talking with the toilet, I think I can't explain it.
