Remake +dranking to much of the original Donkey Kong! 30 levels,3 dope minigames, scoreboard and SLUTS SLUTS SLUTS. Enjoy, and don't play while driving.

If you get a black screen, try refreshing the page (F5)

Beechwood aged gaming goodness!

I consider myself an afficianado of classic games. More specifically, my favorite era of games is between 1981 and 1985. When this little gem dropped from the sky, my nostalgia meter went through the roof!!! The gameplay is very faithful to the arcade classic, but it has that modern "zing" to it.

The music, however, is what made this one truly stand out. The layered, crunchy riffs juxtaposed with spacey, melodic and richly reverberated melodies take the game to a new level. Old DK never had it so good!

It gets no perfecter than this.

PsychoGoldfish responds:

Llama_of_Death would apreciate that, except he has been eaten by wildturkies.
Thanks for playing and the dope review. :)

Pretty good though frustrating

This is not a bad remake at all. Graphics wise it was close and kind of humorous with the cut-scenes. Nice fitting style. Sound didn't shut off no matter how many times I pressed 's' so I got a little annoyed and didn't like the music you chose. Nothing too violent that isn't in the original DK but the cut scenes are less tame and the introduction has blood. Only annoying thing about this game is the b33r barrles don't seem to roll in any pattern so getting to the top seems more like luck than skill. Still worth a try. Good job with this game.

PsychoGoldfish responds:

In the original DK the barrels were the same, but damn near tracked you down a bit. Also the fire thingy was way more tightly controled and followed you all the way.
Thanks for playing though. :)

A superb display of graphical and gameplay genius

Even though I suck ass at the damn thing, it's easily the best game I've seen in a while. Next, I suggest some kind of cross between Arkanoid and teats.

Can't go wrong with teats.

In summary, this game is awesome. Play it till your eyes bleed bayebee!

PsychoGoldfish responds:

Teats make the world go 'round, :D.

Haha, GREAT.

I really liked that game, it had just the right mix of novelty and gameplay. Also, being a huge fan of the old school ganes, I really appreciated the whole Donkey Kong theme.

The animation and music suited the style really well, and the whole thing was nicely presented, with an intro, and menu, and what not. Different modes were also a plus, although I have only tried the hard mode so far.

Anyway, it was fun for the whole fmaily. I'm hoping to see this one make the frontpage soon. Great work guys.

PsychoGoldfish responds:

Hehe,likewise, ;). Thanks.
