This is my first tutorial. I tried to look at everything missing in all of the other tutorials, and make it into one. Hope you find it usefull, or helpfull. Please leave reviews, and if you need help, please feel free to e-mail me.

EDIT: I fixed the bug with the sound, and updated some of the information.

Pretty Good.

That wasn't bad! I already knew all the action script inside it though. This would be a pretty good tutorial for someone new at animating. Nice job.

((( GOOD )))

Good job, i like how organized, and how well you put this all together. The intructions, and the tutorials are explained well, and looked good. The interactivity in this was also good, i also liked the music you had in the background...

Maybe next time you could add some more examples to this, but it is good so far...

Not Bad

Most of the actionscript was up to par, well except for the one where you add keyboard functions to a movieclip. It might work for other people but it never seems to work for me. So your actionscript is probably correct but it never works for me! ive tried a number of different tutorials that add keyboard functions to movieclips but none of them work. WHY? can some one help me!?

Not good

Tsk, Tsk, Tsk. Never make a tutorial, when you don't know the stuff yourself. Never give ActionScript codes in a tutorial, if your not going to explain what each part of it does.

You just gave a code not at all telling how it works. How do you expect people to learn them without an understanding?

Also, with the quality buttons. You don't use label a button "Best" if it's high quality, since there's another quality above High, called: "Best". Although it's only available if you use the ActionScript to turn it on. So you'd have 4 buttons, and there should be best, and high.

When you had the code to move a MC via the arrow keys. You should ALWAYS explain a long code like that, if you've memorized that code, then that's good for you. But, even though I have learned it, you should always explain something long like that.

A tutorial is something that should "TUTOR" you, not just give you a bunch of stuff to memorize, or copy/paste.

Well, ive found that tutorials that explain the script, can sometimes/usually confuse you. I tried to make this a good reference, something people would bookmarl for reference.
