Funny cartoon for people like me.
Unless you have had a shitty job where you wait on countless, evil jerks for hours, (such as working in a fast-food restaurant, a coffee shop, or anywhere else where lots of people depend on you to get what they want), you won't know just how much the workers want to kill you for special little demands. Malachi's reasons for killing these people were pretty justified. Just taking out the trash of society, really. And like Matzerath put nicely, the upper-class folk don't give a damn about you or how hard and fast you're working on your shitty job. They are the true "users" in society.
