"Ur retarded"
The only time I would ever, voluntarily, watch anything similar to this is if i was playing some old school nintendo or something. If I wanted to see a battle that involved breath of fire i can play one of the damn games. The mayo thing at the end may have changed it up a little but had no place and made u look like a complete retard.

It was alright, though Ryu would most likely have changed into a Dragon for that battle, but the mayoclock must go.

Okay, let's point out exactly what's wrong with this...
1. While animating sprites is fun, unless you've got something like 8bit Theater going on, make up your own images. 2. It's the most obscenely random fight pairing I've seen... 3. The setting... The friggen' Township hall before you repair it...? For pity's sake.. 4. The mayoclock at the end was completely random and nonsensical. The humor is completely lacking...
Sorry, but this needs some work I fear...

Until the end there wasn't much going on there. I would really focus on looking at putting out an interesting concept before you spend your time animating.
