This is a full RPG, *not* a battle engine or crappy demo. I worked about a month and a half on this. I always wanted to create an RPG - so I hope you enjoy!

Sequel to GreenCastle: Pawn Pillage (which has been removed due to being broken in Flash Player 9).

Excelent game, but the sound has doing my head in!

Firstly its a very entertaining game... i now have the urge to go out and buy fa final fantasy game... Its an excelent and free start to RPG's.

IT was puzzling at times... i have only just figured out the unsorted books puzzle (the bible has books, the psalms are verses that confused me a bit)... Would have been more helpfull if it had been a "broken book room" I was actually trying to figure out if there were any authors who had written a series of books of those titles... ah well.

As for the rest of the game... I can only hope for it to remain as good for the duration.

One quick question? the techs that a kight or similar learns... are they pre determined?

Great game I look forward to seeing how the rest of it pans out.

Each character has a unique tech list which is predetermined.

Fun to play

Really neat Game. :)
I'm a little stuck though. What do I do once I've gotten the Box? I know it's empty the dudes in the palace told me so. But what am I to do with an empty Box and where to go with it?

Thanks already for the upcoming help and keep up the goog work. ;)

GreenCastle responds:

You're pretty close to the end. You have to have three objects, which I think you have, and equip your party members with all of them (doesn't matter who has what). Then, stand on the Ethereal Gate in Eagle Palace and if you have the correct objects equipped you will be transported to the game's final area.

Remember, one contains light, one contains life, and one contains nothing. Talk to the wise men again if you can't figure out what the objects are.

Awesome. Awesome to the max.

Really awesome game. I played it for hours until I finally beat it. Early on I was screaming at it, and mocking it for not having random encounters, and only "encounters on certain squares" And I also took a bit to notice I had to manually increase my stats. Also those blue birds at the beginning killed me alot. But after you get your first knight the game starts feeling good to play. After I beat it the first time, I started over with a hex-editor open, to see what happens if you actually beat the guy that is supposed to kill you. On my first hit, it took half his health. Then he blinded me. Then I cast crush, and it started to say 1000 something damage, then immediately changed to MISS. I guess you were to far ahead for me =P

In any case, great game. The battle music was good, but got old. I kept saying it sounded familiar then it hit me, its the song from Defend Your Castle.
