This game is based on the Simpsons episode "The Springfield Connection", specifically the scene where Herman takes Homer hostage and Marge gives chase while avoiding civilians such as Grampa, Milhouse, and Flanders.
Yea it's simple, but the goal was a small yet (hopefully) enjoyable game. Unfortunately I never intended to expand the game beyond one level so it's pretty much complete. Thanks for the feedback.
