A young man comes to terms with his dead childhood bird.

This is based on a true story: I had a bird when I was a kid, and I moved around a lot, and he (or she) was one of the few constant things in my life. I was 16 when he died, and I wanted to bury him when I was settled in a place that I liked, so I put him in a brick. I still have that brick!

One Froggy Evening Redux?

Really reminds me of that Looney Tune of Michigan J., only not nearly as funny or clever.
