"Impressive, compared to the other rubbish"
alot of the other crap on here to do with daleks is a lot worse then this. good Art, and animation, though for the lightbulbs i would consider making the bulbs alpha fairly low, and using the glow filter when the dalek speaks, rather then your method, but still good.

Some of the sounds are weak, but the animations are quite good. I believe I recognized a few sounds from Half-Life 1, lol. I am not familiar with the TV show, though.

Like the other guy said this movie could be improved in many ways.
The dalek graphics were ok, and I like the way you actually used the docter who mucis for an intro. the sound could be of better quality so we can understand what they're saying. Music could make the movie a little bit more lively. And finaly, you could have a better storey line.
Although I did find the Daleks getting sacked and ending up as roadside bums quite funny.
Whey! Thanks. Yeah. I'm currently creating a sequel to this. The quality is far superior and the sound is clear. The Dalek voices are being re-created so you wont have TV show background music.
