I'll answer some of your questions below:

1. Do you hate Gary - No
2. Do you know the real name of the song? - Yes! Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone
3. How did he survive falling from the airplane? - It's a CARTOON. Anything can happen.
4. Where was he going? - Away from Numa.
5. Is the Bum dead? No, he's a cartoon. He was never alive.
6. What are the odds of him hearing the same song everywhere? - Probably zero.
7. Do you know that the credit music keeps on playing when you press replay? - Yes.
8. Why don't you fix that? - Cuz I'm LaZY...
9. Why can't he get off the bus? - He can.
10. Why make a movie about something you hate and wants to go away? - I did not know there had been so many movies made about Numa. The only one I've seen is American Idle.
11. Is the Office Background from Police Quest? - Yes, I've drawn the office area from PQ and added som elements.
