Just a short toon i made for something different. Presented like many kids shows, with just a narrator. It tells the tale of an Asparagus who wants to be the Ultimate Asparagus...whatever that means.

You could go many directions with this ...
Good cartoon. Could use some music. Stilted reading, suggest some more rehearsal, good voice. Mildly amusing, but not what I would call funny. As kid's cartoon, success.
Hollandaise sauce is the accompaniment to "sparrow grass" ... Aussies have vegemite.
Asparagus has been cultivated all over the world since the ancient Greeks and Romans, and was thought to possess qualities of an aphrodisiac. It is rather phallic. There's green, and then there's white. Tomato ketchup, typically American, as the New England colonists added tomatoes to the old sauce recipe from England.
And what was the quip about an American accent? Mudderfo?
