This started as an audio-splicing experiment, and it just grew into a full cartoon. All the voices are genuine -- not impersonated. I took their actual words and rearranged them until I got the dialogue that I wanted. As far as I know, George Bush and Gary Busey have never met, but this is what I imagine their conversation would be like.

::Inventive::

This was highly inventive, the idea of splicing voices was nice and in this flash it reached a high performance. the colours were nice and the art was brilliant, mixing in well with everything. It really did look like Bush and Busey but cartoon animated.
The voices were well done, lip-synced that is; actually surprising. The dialogue was a bit weird but it worked. The opening and ending were both great, giving it a real Japanese and childish feel. it worked well.

::Overall::
A great animation, well lip-synced, premised and animated.
