I put my blood and sweat into making this game. It was a fight to get it under 5MB but I finally did it!!
This game is cool, b/c I tried to make it oldschool....kinda like something you could find on the NES in the 80's. I think it's more fun that way.
If you liked the game, view the trailer for the sequel at the end, it's sweet.
Edit: Hahaha front page!! SICK!! thank you all for the helpful reviews! I'll take everything into consideration for part II (ESPECIALLY graphics!! =) )

I like this one more.
I played the second game, and I thought it was crap, but this is quality production. I love this game, and unlike the second one, it kept me coming back even after the first game over. Nice job!

It was amusing...yes...
I like the way it was put together... but I found the thing the most annoying is when the things actually shot at you...I didnt know really how to react... I ducked, but sometimes i got up to shoot and got hit... It's strategy... I didn't really like that part.. but only because I suck at those kind of games... I found the guys with the huge laser cannons the odd part because... like... you had to crouch at the right moment, get up start shooting (or saver yourself the hassle and shoot a grenade) and then kill the alien... but Great Game! :D Keep it Up!

Kick Ass!
This is just what Newgrounds needs! Old-fashioned games always look good with modern knowledge (none of that black-and-white crap)
