BR III: Gemini

This is part two of the Ball Revamped III game. The game was so big that it was decidely split into two parts. This half is my favorite :). You can play them out of order, but I would play Andromeda first... it might be a bit easier. Enjoy. 50 levels plus a huge final boss. Have fun!

nice great game

The game is alright, the music choice does get me in a concentrated mental state which is good, and the quite a few of the levels are creative and challenging, These are good things! The things I may've not liked so much about the game are that the controls are a bit sensitive so I've had many moments where I would have to tap the arrow keys very quickly to make precise maneuvers rather than holding the keys back, this is more a personal gripe rather than a major issue, another thing is for the mini bosses is with the first form of it. After you use the portal after a few times the phase where the boss can shoot out blue spikes, if I died or reached the portal when one is aiming towards the spawn point I would often have moments where I could get killed multiple times instantly and another time is in the triangle form where the same issue persists if I clear the stage or die when a beam goes over my player they would die repeatedly within a second. But overall without my complaints, the game was solid!

Well better than part 1 (Andromeda). The background is much less distracting, there's much less jellyfish that you have to wait for, powerups were added and the boss was spectacular. That said like part 1 it still runs too fast on more modern computers which makes it more difficult, especially to beat the creator's score which again is used as a basis for your letter grade. Also when the boss takes the form of Triangula you can go over/inside it without dying. Probably an oversight? But then again having that advantage helps counteract how tough the boss gets at that point due to the game speed.

This Ball Revamped (Andromeda and Gemini) could really use a remaster though. Not only to fix the game speed and make the background in Andromeda less distracting, but also to merge them into one game as originally intended. After finishing Andromeda and seeing our score we'd transition straight into Gemini, although we'd still be able to start from Gemini to preserve that option. Throw in those bonus tournament (week 1) levels so that we can choose to play them from the main menu as well. Compared to when you first uploaded this game, the file size upload limit has gotten much, much higher. You'd easily have enough space to put all of that into one game.

And i want too say this.... This game has been so popular in ukraine!

The controls are perfectly responsive, however maybe a bit TOO responsive. The slightest tap of a movement key sends you flying in that direction. The movement could be revised, or thew game could be re-uploaded with less a less sensitive ball, along with the other games. Seriously, I know what to do on a certain level, but I keep dying so much on it. I'd say about 50 times, but it feels like a fucking thousand!

All in all, not a bad game, just hard to control the ball to make it fit through tight spaces, even with the 'smaller ball' powerup.

The highly rage-prone (like me) shouldn't play it.

5/10, 3/5.

Take my suggestions, maybe your fans will be happier.
