This time the first time you do something related to April Fool's Day on the first of April, of course this is a joke and you really did a bad animation on purpose along with one more user who has nothing related to those of the legion lock :b

Here's what I think could have been improved:

Well, I really don't have anything to say with respect to your moviemaking or the pacing of this cartoon. You did a good job on both of those fronts; however, I didn't find any of this funny. Sorry. I just didn't. In my opinion, you should have thought up some better material. Then again, that is just my opionion. Random humor is hit or miss with most people.

If I were to give advice on how to refine what you've already come up with, I would say this: bigger. Make everything more flamboyant, more grossly unproportional (art-wise), louder, and more unexpected. That always aids in making random stuff funny.
