(sorry for not explaining this earlier) but the power thing? its not whatever he sees dies, he has 24 hours to see somone, from the first time he sees them, till the moment the 24 hours are up. if he sees them ever again, after the time was up, that person dies. This is the first serious flash movie i've made. It is based on a book i am writing.

Good.
I liked it, had fairly smooth animation, and the storyline was alright. It's left a little to be desired, but not as much as those 'gung-ho' 'hero walks into a room and kills 30 bad guys with 9 bullets and a packet of cigs' cartoons (looks at Madness). You certainly have talent, I'm sure of that. I actually liked this more than the recent halo spoof you did, even if that did have slightly better animation and a better storyline (not written by you, though ;)). The reason for that: this actually felt fairly powerful.
What was the music that was playing in the first half of the animation? I wanted to use it in one of my animations. Thanks for the effort in making the animation and for the reply to my query which I hope will be delivered post-haste. :)
