I think that given how old this is and the sound clips he had to work with, he made a pretty funny flash.

At least it wasn't a Farangi in command. Captain Picard wouldn't have a ship then.

My response would be "Go to Hell." Good video, but the animation style, mostly using jpegs for the ships is a bit big on the filesize for the poor saps with dialup. (Not me, mind you.) Also, the sounds are a bit bad, due to the background noises. But that was unavoidable.
