Thanks to everyone on Newgrounds who supported our wacky little comic experiment over the past two months. We had no intention of 'screwing with the portal'...we just wanted to tell a touching story in a different style. There are so MANY truly talented folks here...just remember that trying to portray emotion is the hardest thing to do...but also the most rewarding.
Feel free to come and visit us at www.brokensaints.com - we'll be going live with a pictureblog soon and lots of other goodies. Spread the saintly word, and thanks again to Tom and the NG crew!!!

The End?
So it's the end of the Broken Saints series? Kind of a bummer, but man, that was a good way to end it. For the people who gave you low scores and just basically screamed in caps that its just a comic, they apparently haven't been paying attention. How could a comic be able to convey the tears slowing sliding down, or the blood appearing on the knife, or the shadowed people moving about, or the alarming skitzy flashes of memories in the 'crucified Bula' episode? It couldn't. Anyway, I have loved this series and feel like I've come out of it with not only a feeling of sentiment, but also some new words for my vocab! :P And one last thing....on your classic site, you guys put that BS 'was a MODEST story utilizing the skills of mainly 3 taxed, impoverished, and underskilled wannabes.' I am enraged! Theres a difference between modesty and giving yourself no credit. Even modest people should know when they've created something thats touched the hearts of people, made them think, and laugh and blah blah all that. Thank you! :D

I still remember one of the 1st episodes of this movie. And as i can see, the skill of the creators is trully increased. In the very begin of the series it didnt had IT. And look at it now. The only thing that keeps this flash from the very top is that its not fully animated. I know that its hard to make but i would prefer 2 weeks of highly animated flashes then 2 month switching images.
Any way all my 5 are belongs to this. Its realy buatifull how you guys have drown this flash.

Moved...
This movie is a little bit quite philosophical. They have pretty good graphics, and the style was almost similar with a comic book. But, the transition and effects are pretty pretty cool... I could have been moved, but the sound could do better, though. But nice choice of sound, still.
Pretty cool!!!
Peace out!!!

Impressive
I Highly enjoyed this flash film, all 12 hours of it to be percise. Learned alot, and reflected alot while watching. It helps to sit back and look at the bigger picture. For when ur given fragments for your entire life, you are left with is a hand full of possiblities, each one different yet similiar by nature. Broken saints has done what most flashes on NG couldnt do, which is actually make the indivual think, & to reflect about life in general, and what does it mean to them. For purpose is reason, with lead roles to play out.
Well done.
