Something I whipped up in 3 hours. I got tired of all the shitty stick animation and decided to try to help with a tutorial of sorts.. This won't help you if you don't own Flash.. and probably won't help you if you already know what your doing.. but here it is.. I hope this helps at least one person out there... I'll expand on this if it gets good reviews.. Thanks.

I'm not able to get past the first tip, though I can see all 5 uses... What do I do to go on?
It looks really helpful so far. I've made a lot of films and I have a lot of experience with scripting and story-boarding and drawing, but I need all the help I can get with using Flash CS4...
Also, does anyone know of good further viewing? I'm sure I won't want to stop here.

I didn't know how to do some of that stuff. You should make a third one of these, man. Hell, You shoud make an intire flash BOOK, episodeXepisode of these, man!
