I've been working on an animation for a class involving this character (coming soon, or not soon, depending on how fast I work), and I got somewhat bored with the main project, so I decided to do this little diversion.
Nothing big, just a fun side animation I threw together in about 20 minutes.

I keep coming back to this flash over and over. For some reason, the song just gets in my head and I have to watch the flash of the man dancing across the screen. Really, when a flash can do that, you've dong a great job. :D

Considering how tiny the filesize is, you did a really good job. The loop is nice and smooth, the colors in the background are downright awesome, and the little monocle'd dude was cool.
It'll be interesting to see where you go with this character.
