I present to you, the fruit of my labor Sally can Wait. It's a coming of age story if you were confused(summory at the bottom).
Update: Added Scene Selection, bumped up sound quality as much as I could without sacrificing graphics or going over 5 meg, added a link to the animated storyboard, and made a menu button for quick access to the menu. Enjoy!
-time to complete: Aprox 1 week
If you didnt understand the story, here is a quick explenation of the symbolism:
-Otus is a guy who isnt happy with his life, he yerns for simpler times. one day while working he slips into a dream where he plays with his young self, responcibility tears him away from this quickly however, and he is forced to face reality once again. finally fed up with the real world, otus desides he would rather live in the past (his imagination) and thus knocks himself out. again, reality comes back to him as it allways will certainly, and it seems harsher than ever (dirty cell). again he wants to go back to his dream. Sally, like life though, wants to throw him a bone and show him how reality can be worth living, but as she goes to tell him, he is out cold. Sally makes the last attempt to reach Otus before he becomes fully delusional with fantasy world by entering his imagination, knowing that someone loves him makes him realize how selfsh he's been and how he really needs to live for the future, not the past. He wakes up again but this time he is ok with his future (his own room with a nice sunrise, symbolizing a bright future)
Other Symbolism:
Sally=Reality
Kid=Otus' inner child

Thats how I envisioned it, but take from it what you want, many people do.

"Touching"

I sometimes wish to be in an eternal dream....

It is not the same as death. In death, there is nothing. Believe what you want about death though, as you will never have to face the truth.

I really liked this animation and it brings across a good message.

Really a great story. Good animation, great song. Really touching, especially when Sally knocked herself out to go get him.
