**UPDATE 5TH APRIL 2005: I've done a bit of editing. I fixed up the speaking movie clips, added a loading bar to the preloader and tagged on a bit extra to the Boss fight.**

This is a re-enactment I did of the scene in Megaman X7 when Zero meets Axl on the Highway and they battle the Scorpion boss.

In case you're wondering, Zero_Cass is the one who made the Axl sprites, plus she also did the storyboarding for me (I've not played MMX7 so I needed script help). Oh, and seeing as this is a re-enactment, it's obviously not going to be original. =P It has helped me get to grips with doing certain actions in Flash however.

Enjoy.

sweet, but a just a question:

how you doing the trace bitmap? for sprites, i would use 1, 1, pixel, many corners. if you, do, then it don't change anything. but if you don'tr, it should give you sprites looking exactly as they are on the sheet.

ShadowWarriorLuke responds:

Yeah, that's the settings I'm using. It's more about how they're placed when I put them into the movie clips. I noticed that when Axl spoke, he seemed to jump a bit for example. I tried moving the sprites around a bit within the clip, but no luck.

Thanks for the review.

Holy sheeze!

That was amazing! 9 outta 10; the Axl sprites need a little work. Otherwise, this pwned.

ShadowWarriorLuke responds:

Well, the Axl sprites were based of MM Zero. Those are difficult to customize, far as I know (I mainly use RPG sprites for editing). They also came out a bit blurry due to the Trace Bitmap thing (always happens).

Glad you enjoyed it though.
