Amusing too short though

Now here was one flash that was really short, maybe too short if you ask me, but anyways more about that later, the animation is actually entertaining just too short, you have some good characters, and somewhat animation like with the guy passing with the gun, also the movie just started no play button or anything, so you may want to add a preloader, also a stop-action code so it doesnt "LOOP" but so that it will start on the click of a play button, Now i must say i had fun with this as it was amusing and i like the three differant steps you showen and that was kinda funny, the characters were neat but why no mouths? another suggestion might be to have more realistic gun shots of something, and more smoke, but anyways good little short here could use some improving but overall i was entertained with the outcome.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
I would suggest adding a "PLAY" button and a "REPLAY" button, I would Also suggest to improve on the flash short you could add more shorts and put them all on one flash instead of just the one, but having alot in one flash would make it more entertaining, and make the flash longer with more to see

Why are there so many flashes with no sound? it's so easy to put in that the lack of it just comes across as complete laziness in animation, nothing even happens here really, which I guess is the joke, but its really just not a funny one.

Needed sound and needed to be longer

At first I thought I had my speakers off but I didn't, then I thought maybe my sound was fucked but it wasn't, so where was the sound? The movie looked like it would have had some in it as it looked essential to the movie, it didn't really work at all without it. It also needed to be longer, you only had 3 days the first and last was just them standing doing nothing and the 2nd was a guy with a gun firing a shot, nothing really happened, you needed a lot more.

Not worth the time it takes to watch it
