A few explanations I think are in order. To start, I'm sure you noticed the vast difference in style from the beggining to the end. That is because this is the first really serious flash animation I've ever done. I've dabbled in amateur stuff, but this is the first that included animated characters drawn in Flash. So in the beggining, I was very bad, but later on, my skills were improving, and I started to settle into my style. And yes, I did the whole thing with a rolling-ball mouse. I tell you, it's very difficult, and all you people with drawing tablets should feel very privilaged. Please tell me what you think. This is my biggest project to date and I would like to know how good/bad it was!

1. You couldn't have gone back and touched up your early artwork? 2. I understand the concept behind the floating head in the sky. But it still scares me. lol
No, really, those two items are the only things I could find wrong as hard as I tried. You have a good flash here. Good plot/message content, too. I liked the symbolism (lack of color or motion) you used to show how no one else on the train had any meaning or any relevance to him. No one except the one he missed. Hard-core, man. Good job.

Very good graphics! But please answer my review: What was it about?
This about the re-uniting of a close friend and myself. Ayame was a good friend of mine before she moved away to college, and I really missed her. We still kept in touch over the internet, but it really wasn't the same. Well, recently, Ayame came back and to show her how much that meant to me, I made this flash animation.
I guess it's not really about anything aside from that. It's the beauty in the moment that gives it meaning.
