I know Weebl would appreciate this
He's made a lot of Weebl and Bob flashes and I know he would like something like this for the amount of work he has done. I have not seen a positive Weebl parody, so you're definately okay when Weebl ever sees this flash. Also, you have given credit to him, so there is absolutely no reason for Weebl to hurt you if he ever saw this flash.
Anyway, you've nicely used the Weebl and bob voices and images to make this a good parody. You've also made it good for the humour in this flash. God dropping a pie? LOL, that's kinda original, but indeed funny. I also find this flash good since it's your first flash. If you are going to do something completely different on your next flash, then make sure you make it longer since this flash only lasted for a minute. I'm also wanting to see how good your drawing skills are to see if you are a good flash animator.

weebl and bob is so awesome
nice parody. your voice sounds dead on! "no, i only pretend to.. but he doesnt know that.." look bob.. PIE! holy shit that was awesome. laters.. im voting 4 :D
