This is the very first lego movie either of us has ever made, so it's pretty rough, and pretty short - but it turned out better than we expected, so we thought we'd submit it.

This movie is a collaboration between myself and p3g. We both worked on the legos, she did most of the directing, I did most of the animation, and I did the voices. Much fun was had by all.

Some stuff about making the movie: We spent about 3 hours playing with lego -- err, I mean, building sets and props, about three hours shooting, about an hour recording voices and stuff, and about 3 hours putting it all together in flash, including importing all the different audio bits, drawing the frame-by-frame laser blasts, and of course, adding a preloader and a replay button.

We fully intend to do this again, but next time it will be more scripted, and longer.
