I made this for the upcoming Tibetan new year (it's on the 9th of febuary). They're slightly ahead of us, and are celebrating year 2132. It's not the kind of thing you'd expect to see on Newgrounds, but I wanted to submit it anyway.
The point of this animation may escape most of you, so here it is: This year is the Tibetan Year of the Wood Bird - so the animation is about a bird. The man in the red and yellow robe is a Tibetan monk. The bird changes it's colours from red (Chinese flag) to stripy red, blue and white (Tibetan flag). The text means something like "Best wishes for a happy and prosperous Tibetan New Year!" or something like that.
And I don't know who made the music.
