Proving that comedy of this calibur never dies.
Its good to see high quality humour such as this get onto the frontpage after the constant bullshit and repeated crap for the kiddies of NG.
That was hilarious. I told all my friends about it. This will be watched again for funnyness.
OK, I love super-hero spoofs (and just laughing at the really crap ones) and this is definately one of the better ones that I've seen.
David Firth has proven himself to be a truly talented and respectable artist (e.g Spoilsbury toast boy prequel) but with this series he has proven he can also lighten up (or as close as he can get to it) and make something entertaining and funny. As in several of his animations, Firth has placed lines and phrases that just stick in your mind and don't go away.
However, I do think that this series could afford to have more spoofs of super-heroes in general, rather than just repeatedly making a joke of one terrible one. Lots of people have done pretty much the same thing with the '60s Adam West Batman idea - so much so that it just isn't funny until someone thiks up a really original parody. A lot is expected of an artist so popular, a lot of material is available to ones so talented.
Overall - not gut-bustingly hillarious, but good fun (apologies for errors in grammar/spelling)
awesome. cant wait for the next episode!
