In this concluding act of Chapter 17, Raimi and Oran hide from the impending military sweep in Sandra's apartment downstairs. After a little instant messaging fun, Raimi and Sandra try to figure out Palmer's plan via videoconference...until tragedy strikes.

...I'm tired of situations of people's lives being determined by others. Power and money these days seem to make a person into a God of judging who lives and dies for personal convenience. Why can't they ever be on the recieving end? They're the bad guys, are they not? God!
