After 13 days of hard work, I managed to whip this up before my 3rd day at school. I worked extremely hard on this one, spending a few hours at night just drawing and setting the scenes.
Taegukgi - my 3rd attempt at a war movie, I think I did good.
And yeah, 'Taegukgi' as actually the name of a motion-picture, which inspired me to animate something similiar.

Why the title, "TaeGukGi"?
This movie has nothing to do with the South Korean national flag nor the South Korea blockbuster hit movie based on the Korean War. The title of the movie is irrelevant to its contents. As a Korean, I am quite mad that you used the name.
But other than that, the action was well scripted and the visuals and little effects were excellent.
The inspiration is the good thing about it all. We dont have many war themed flash on NG, so i hope you keep trying to perfection. I must admit to you though, that its not so smooth. Try and work on that part. The rest is really good. If you ever want to make a war flash even better and make it to the number 1 in the top 50, i say, carry it on, make it longer, more blood, and make the sticks into better graphic models.
I just wish it were longer...Pretty damn good though!
good but not great
What this flash needs would be to break out the routinized pattern it follows like shoot shoot shoot die die !one survived. Thats sucks more when the sound only adds to the montonity of it all boom boom boom. The stick figures are pretty life less and what they could contribute from in a war to make them more real is fear.
Really really you need to when making these flashes emit a sense of urgeny, it is a war or something isn't it?
to break away from the critiscm I'll say its was cool and I enjoyed it and I bet alot of other people enjoyed it as well, keep up the good work!
Sticks made enjoyable to watch.
Good work. You've managed to put some intensity to the fighting.
