You vomit blood onto balls...
How could this game be any better? I mean any game that you can kill gigantic balls by coughing up blood is just perfect. PLAY THIS GAME!

this game rocks! i like the blood fountain attack. just one problem.... the nimkin are a load of BULL-FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
