However some people just fail to understand this impact 9/11 had on American's. The previous reviewer is Canadian who lives in Manitoba so he should just shut up. Apparently he's also never read a U.S. history book either.
If he did, then he'd know a lot more then he claims. First, Japan didn't agree to a surrender until 6 days after the Nagasaki bombings. Second, we were looking at 1,000,000 casualties if we went with the invasion. Thirdly, the Japaneese were the enemy of the U.S. at the time, so what was Truman supposed to do; sacrafice our soilders or the Japaneese?
In conclusion some people sympathise with us American's and others are just plain ignorant. You don't walk up to a victim and say "What's the big deal?", so why say it here.
