Pokemon - Why bother BATTLING your Pokemon, just do this instead!

Rated 1.5 / 5 stars

This is a Pokemon parody where you kill Diglett. This is not funny, and Diglett does not deserve to die. You should give reasons why he needs to die, and include comedy.

I wish they allowed u 2 do that in pokemon games.

The animation was actually very well done especially on Diglett's characters and it was actually quite funny for near-random violence like what Newgrounds has so much adapted to. I really enjoyed the Looney Tunes-ish part where Diglett's eyes pop so far out of his head before he's exploded into smithereens. Also a very funny point for Pokemon fans, why battle your Pokemon? Just do this!

The plot wasn't creative or particularly funny, as it was as I mentioned-practically random violence. While there was a short point, involving why you should battle Pokemon when you can do this, it was mostly pointless and bland Pokemon killing like we've all seen so many hundreds of times. I see this was one of the first Pokemon parodies on Newgrounds, but just blowing up Diglett isn't enough to satisfy or even really interest the viewer. A lot more ideas need to be created.

A decent flash, with good animation and a semi-good point. Decent humour with the little Looney Tunes eye popping scene, but mostly a lame plot that's quite pointless overall. Still, some good work was put into this.

One of the many kill-a-pokemon games that came out around this time. This one is actually rather well drawn and animated, with great music and sound effects. Sadly it's too short and ultimately pointless. Might be worth a see though.
