What's new, then? Everything. All of the art and animation has been redone by Kortex, for starters. We've fixed all the bugs we could find, and we added extra units, made it harder... a complete revamp, really. Unless anything really serious comes up, this should be the final version of Invasion.
Read down if the game isn't working properly:
If it runs too slowly, go into Options and tone the graphics down a bit.
If you have no idea how to play it, then here's how:
Click Start, then click 'New'. In the Pre-Battle screen, you can buy units by clicking on their names in the bottom-left corner of the screen, or by going into the top-left corner and choosing 'bulk buy'. After you've bought an army, click Start Game.
Once you've started a game, there's something you'll have to remember: you're not defending the castle, you're attacking it. Click on the names of the units at the bottom of the screen to deploy them into battle. Alternatively, you can press F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, or F6 to deploy the units without having to click constantly. You can use infantry as a meat wall to take any hits that would otherwise bring down your more important units, or send in rams to walk alongside cannons as they are sent into battle, in order to take hits for them.
