better than the last scrotum movie, but was kind of repetive and slow. I bet you tried pretty hard, and it is an earlier flash movie, so i give it 4/5.

Good.
Good thing! But maybe I was too late to review. It's good. Flash was just starting to show up at this time, so this is good.

Awesome
Reasons why to lay off the guy and be more considerate when rating:
For all those complaining about the animation and art, the art and animation are really good especially since this was made in the year 2000 when flash was in its infancy and this was groundbreaking stuff and it was the first ever movie on newgrounds.
For all those animal lovers, this kind of twisted humour was what made newgrounds what it is today and was what newgrounds was founded upon. Its a "Cartoon" its not real a real dog, its not real violence and its not real animal cruelty. None of you complained about Club a seal by tom fulp, none of you compained about itchy and scratchy on the simpsons and none of you complained about this when it first came out.
This is the best of all time top 50 for a really long time and if the author didnt step in and ask people to stop voting it up so that "the torch could be passed down" it would have probably been there for much longer.
The author brian-beaton was a flash animating genious and newgrounds hero at the time. You have to give him credit for what he achieved back then, people are still giving great ratings to picos school which isnt by todays standards that good but at the time it was released it was groundbreaking top notch stuff.
This movie is awesome, I love the joke, its absolutely hilarious. And the I hate dogs part is still to this day one of my favourite parts of any movies on newgrounds. Great art, decent animation and awesome music, I havent found that music anywhere, where can buy or download that music?
