u may not have know unless u are real fans of rancid... but operation ivy was the first band that the bassist matt friedman and guitarist tim armstrong first belonged too before rancid was founded... never the less the band is the first of its kind and inspired many more bands... operation ivy is and will always be an important band in rock history for its innovative riffs and crazy bass my flash i tried to make a music video in my chalboard style... at first i hated the frame by frame proscess but at the right frames per second the long hard effort payed off... it gives a very fluid natural look(especialy the hand i think)... watever it didnt take long it just took alot of patience... and heres the results... plz vote fair...

Well the animation was farking great, and I love the song, but it's not much of a music video.

IDK what to say

First off, you don't have to be a fan of Rancid to know who Operation Ivy were. They were very influential to punk/ska genre altogether.

As for the flash? It was interesting. I don't see to many flashes like this. What I mean is It was very unique and had great style but I think it needed a little bit mrore work put into it. The chalk style and speed of this video is what really caught my attention but It was very repetitive and a little choppy. Anyway 7/10 because I like Operation Ivy.

Very Punk rock my friend, been listenin to punk since I was 4, Rancid is my favorite band of all time, awesome video. And to all the people talking about the people who came before them, They were straight ska, Operation Ivy was one of the first bands to combine Punk and Ska!

Operation Ivy is amazing

It was pretty good, the guitars looked great in the close ups, but why wasn't anybody skanking? And the Mighty Mighty Bosstones did come before them.

Poor visuals and poor sound...

Although I liked the style you were going for, the use of the same four frames over and over didn't work at all.

The sound quality was poor. The song wasn't any good either.
