Wow, that was bloody awesome!! This has the best fighting scenes I've seen so far!! The battle was fast, smooth and involved a lot of different styles of attack and defence from both sides.
The graphics And you did this all by mouse and from scratch in Photoshop?? Bravo bravo!!
The only thing I would picky pick would be that the ninja was very un-shinobi like at the start, by making such a loud noise (the bang) that alerted the samurai. But that was insignificant.

A- freakin- mazing

This should be higher on the list of top ranking flash. This flash was just very very excellent, I want a little moe but it could ruin the magic. Once was just enough for this excellent piece of flash. w00t!!!!

Holy shit, that was amazing! You should think of maybe expanding this to cover more time, because, holy shit, I wanna see more of this. No words can describe the quality of this flash but a succinct "holy shit"!
