As said below, Drugs are to Punch out as Vinegar is to Oil. They Don't mix.
In addition, other than the semi-frequent gramer mistakes (I meant to spell grammar that way), I liked the sprite style, and the fight scene. the music could've been better, and (Unless you absolutely couldn't) you should've had voice acting.
The drug deal was a bit hard to follow, and in the end, Doc Louis Died. I like the irony of the situation, (great victory followed by greater defeat), but is leaves me with a bittersweet feeling in my gut because, well, DOC FREAKIN' LOUIS DIED.

also, Doc Louis' real name isn't carl, it's Jerome (I'm not pulling that info out of my ass, Nintendo said that his name was "Jerome 'Doc' Louis".

This video was alright. The plot of the story had nothing really to do with Punch Out. Drugs doesn't mix with Punch Out ever! DO NOT TRY TO FORCE THE 2 TOGETHER! Thats why you get a 7. I like everything else except the plot.

Though very Rockyish it's still pretty original,as for the fight between Mac and Joe that was really well done with the close ups and hits,excellent job on this segment.
