Yes + No = No
Concept? Decent. Animation? Not bad. But the sound quality was atrocious and the dead air was unforgivable. If you have a flash, it is pretty much filled to the brim with sound. Otherwise, it's just boring when it's dead and too shocking when there's sound. Adding a whole bunch of tiny things (aka walking noises, people talking, phones ringing, etc.) would have done wonders.

I was having a really crappy day, and I decided to get on Newgrounds, maybe watch a few funny videos to make me laugh [or sad ones, to let me know there's always something worse]. Nothing seemed to be working.
