same shit happens with microsoft XP
i got 28 friken viruses and they wouldn't tell me how to remove the damn things unless i paid a exorberant amount($83.99) i was broke.whent to tech support (i wished i had watched this first cause the guy i was talking to was spanish (coundn't understand)my brother was talking to him and the guy had no idea what to do >8( . finally i figured out how to fix it but tech support was a waste of time! who the hell hires these r-tards?!

Seriously, thats all these foreign tech support guys do. They follow a friggin' FLOW CHART until the problem is solved, that and they DO. NOT. SPEAK. ENGLISH!

not a joke...
This happened to me with my ipod once, and when i called their tech support, it was just like this, just with some spanich dude. Not funny, man. They should at least have a decent accent so that i can understand that they have no idea how to fix the item in question.
"Gee, Joe, I wonder why the economy sucks?"
