Damned weird....
Wich is what i have come to expect of you David. Whatever weird creations you make (such as a wolf humping a wasp) you know we will always come back for more.

the beetles are cynical grown-ups right? Corrupt and hypocritical. Thinking they know best, pusing their world view and beliefs onto the younger generation?

Interpretation
What I got from this is that it represented what a small child or a "challenged" adult would feel like the first they went to the doctor's office alone to get a shot. The clock wigging out, to me, symbolized that the time right before the appointment would stress you out a lot. Then, once you're there, you can't understand what they're saying, and you're intimidated, shy, and scared, so you speak at a mutter(I understood the "receptionist" saying speak up). Then you go down a hall alone and find the right door after debating about which one she told you to go into. Then someone calls you in and tells you to lie down, and the shot hurts like hell, and you feel like you're going to die.
