Music Video "Das Produkt"
[Russian noise group]
Song language: Russian
The animation can't be criticized as it has its own original style that is executed consequently. Especially the transitions are done very well and show real artistic talent. The background music also fits perfectly and altogether this flash here is a slightly disturbing but also very interesting piece of art.
As a native German I wonder why the poster in the start menu is written in German and contains grammatical mistakes... The first phrase until the name of the group is conjugated wrongly and the last word "Hergestellt" doesn't make any sense regarding the possible content of the sentence and the correct grammatical order.
I did not understand even a bit of it xD. The animation was great, the story and the music where crazy. What better than that to make a great flash? ;)
Does any one know what this song is about. At least what does it say.
this was an amazing short film. it looks exactly like old soviet propaganda animations...but with a contemporized twist. it touches on the acceptance of upgrades to products, which keeps people buying, and being pulled into a materialistic world by corporations. who then takes all of the individuals thoughts and concepts and regurgitates them into a profitable product. this is quite an amazing, and deeply profound piece.
Das Produkt probably has something to do with product, and this might have to do with the evil corporations and there exploitation of people and like at the start, mindwiping with advertisements and the hard work into a product that people only need from greed? At first it looked like something to do with a crucifix, with the half man half bird (angel) on a crucifix, the elevator into what I first thought was hell, maybe. I still think this might have something to do with hell. Good movie, I just would like a little more detail to the animation and even though you're style works very well with black, white and red it would be nice with different shades inbetween black and white too. I'm watching all of your animations because I enjoy them.
An indirect Sequel to "The Artist" shows the life of the salaryman
Cornelius & Toots are back, and a Haunted House Ride seems a little spookier than usual!
