First of all, I'm not even going to pretend I know who the hero is. I thought it was Zero from Megaman X but who knows? Just slap me around a bit. Ok next.
The graphics: basically the screen was too damn small to enjoy the sprite graphics on, but what I saw was kinda nice. I mean, a guy with a sword hacking up enemies we've only dreamed of hacking up. Not bad. Everything else pretty much sucked, so get ready.
That is to say that the MUSIC, for example *cringe*, was extremely bad and not only that, it was repetitive as all hell. Work on that for the next edition, if you release one. I realize Flash games must be a bitch to create but a with a little more thought and effort this game could have been a real hoot.
Which brings me to the gameplay. I only read one review before starting this review, and by the look of it, you've already heard that the action is a little on the slow side. Attacking wave after wave of enemies (while those damn skele-koopas throw bones at you and you can't even reach them) is kind of boring, to tell you the truth.
Basically, it just could have been a lot better, but I'm sure you'll keep trying. So says Dr. Manhattan...
