"What!?"
I agree with Corrupted01 that not enough research was done here but you're both wrong. It wouldn't be Metroid-X OR X-troid. The fact of the matter is that the X pasrasite would never be able to infect a Metroid. The Chozo actually created the Metroids as a countemeasure to the X plague that was decimating the indigenous lifeforms of SR-388, so it was genetically engineered to be immune to X posession. As such that is why on Samus' first visit to SR-388 no X parasites were observed and also why it was mistaken as the Metroid Homeworld (which was actually Zebes). Only after Samus destroyed the Metroid population could the few remaining X parasites come back to power and how the events of Metroid Fusion came about. It's not a bad movie, and creative license DOES allow for reinventing stories, but in my opinion as a Metroid purist it ruins it for me. it's not so much bending the rules of a franchise as much as completely ignoring them. I gave you a 5 because of the quality of the work, and 7/10 because it would just not be possible for an X to infect a Metroid. My souces for this are the opening cinematic in Metroid Fusion and the Metroid Manga which has been accepted by Nintendo as canon.
"...hmm"
you shoulda called it X-troid,.....you definately did NOT do enough research!
"awsome"
i love how u went all the way back to the really old nes samus.
"Obviously, Everyone here is a moron."
Yes, a metroid cannot get infected with an X parasite, but who cares? There also can;t be five Samuses. It's a flash video, lighten up.
"..."
Do you realize that when samus was infected by the X in metroid fusion, the only thing that saved her was the metroid vaccine... so ... how the other samus survived to it? as the others said you should use of more ressearch ... sorry about that...
