Click on the help button on the very top left hand corner and read about levels. This tells you that you can in fact have more than one level 30, and somewhere it says about the whistles, how there can be more with the best one. In my opinion, you need to read through this before making a so-called 'handbook'. Also, use the text tool to make buttons, don't just scrawl all over the place with the paintbrush. You needed to explain about the levels, auras, and all the other aspects aswell, not just show them to us.

btw, your wrong, there can be multiple level 30 users, even tom says this, in the FAQ
