Followed ShadowLink1718's advice and finished it with little to no problems. I only lost because I made a few mistakes, but did better on the next try.
Getting the nipple stance is a bit easy, just gently move the rubbing mouse over her nipple for around 10-25 seconds and she'll get it. It's easier if you just move the mouse as little and as gentle as possible.
The candle at the second part enhances the girl's sensitivity, so the meter'll go up a tad bit faster than usual. Got a bit confused at this part since I didn't know that the candle was just doing to enhance the sensations she was feeling, I thought it was supposed to be used as a rubbing tool until I googled a bit to find out what it does.
The game just needs patience and control to finish it, though it's slightly tricker to anyone who would finish this through trial and error. It's pretty simple, no flashy scenes or stuff, but good in its own right.
I give it an 8/10.
