Not a bad attempt
The good news: who doesn't want to see someone like Anna Kournikova naked? You've got some sexy clothing options as well.
The bad news: cartoon clothing + real woman = Uncanny Valley to me. I would have personally preferred cartoon woman and cartoon clothing. Basically, consistent quality. Also, not a whole lot of clothing.

hate to say it, but it really is cartoonish, the photoshopping was done nicely, but her mouth moving, dude, she looks like a puppet, and the clothes, its quite easy to do those really, those who know how to use paint. yes they are well done, but it could be more realistic at least.
