Not real funny
It's not very funny, it's just blatant innuendo and spliced sound bytes. It was pretty seamless though, and good in that respect. Maybe have some statements that have things like subtle innuendo and double entandres.

Another unoriginal Bush basher
Please create something original. We (as newgrounds members and the world) have seen enough of these jokes. We turn on Saturday Night Live and the whole damn hour is about Bush. Foreign countries hate him and many Americans do. WE GET THE POINT! Please, dear god, PLEASE! Joke about something else now. Everyone has milked the damn cow dry until it bleed beef chunks. *sigh* OK…I am giving a few points for style. I haven’t seen that many people-on-stick movies.
