Im sorry, but i cant do lyp sync with flash, because, when i press "start" for watch the movie in my timeline, and then i press "stop", the video actionally stop, but the sound doesnt. PLEASE someone help :S

Not bad; good
Informative, this was well done with attention to the presentation. It worked well with different frames and the instructions were simple and easy to follow. Nice use of screenshots, made it easier to understand and gives people a clear idea of what they're meant to be doing.
